All classes are led by certified instructors in small groups, ensuring individual attention to form, breath, and your unique fitness goals.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce participants to the reformer machine in a safe and supportive way. You’ll learn the essential movements and how to use the machine’s springs and straps to create fluid, controlled exercises that strengthen and tone. Ideal for those who are new to Pilates or looking to build confidence before moving to more advanced classes. We ensure that every client, regardless of fitness level, can comfortably engage in this class.
For those with prior experience, this class takes your practice to the next level. With its weighted springs and the potential for hundreds of exercises, you’ll learn to challenge your body with a dynamic range of movements that build both strength and grace. The reformer helps improve muscle tone, posture, and balance while also fostering a deeper connection with your body’s core. (Note: Prior attendance of 10 foundation classes is required to register.)
For intermediate practitioners, this class offers a more challenging reformer experience. You’ll explore more advanced exercises with the machine, combining core work, flexibility, and strength training. Reformer II is designed to push you to achieve new milestones while maintaining the Pilates principles of control, precision, and flow. (Note: Prior experience on the reformer is required.)

Now, as a passionate Pilates instructor, my focus is on a clinical personalised
Pilates, I blend movement, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to wellness
to help others feel strong, balanced, and energised.
I believe true well-being extends beyond exercise—it’s about nurturing the
body, mind, and spirit in harmony.
Whether guiding clients through a dynamic Pilates session or sharing
insights on mindful living, my mission is to empower others to move with
easy grace , build resilience, and embrace a healthier, more vibrant and

root cause of an injury, and then guide her clients through the rehabilitation
journey with a strong focus on empowerment, education and exercise
